Welcome & Pre-Production
You'll receive an email with your welcome kit and a pre-production questionnaire designed to help us get to know your family and the story we'll be telling together.

Pre-Production Follow-Up + Scheduling
We'll jump on a call to walk through your questionnaire, answer any questions, and lock in your film day. Your remaining balance is due upon scheduling your film date.

Film Day
Our team arrives fully prepared and ready to capture your loved one. All they have to do is show up and tell their story.

Post-Production & Delivery
We edit, color grade, and craft your final film. Delivered digitally and on two physical drives — ready to be watched, shared, and passed down.

A personal, guided conversation with Eric and Caroline, professionally filmed using multiple cameras, lighting, and high-quality audio. Includes time for breaks and lunch.

Meaningful objects and locations

Supporting footage of personal belongings and meaningful spaces at the primary filming location.

Incorporation of a curated selection of family-provided, photos, videos, and archival materials into the documentary.

An approximately 60–120-minute+ film, guided by the story rather than a required runtime, with carefully edited conversations, multiple camera angles, archival material, and supporting footage.

One revision round for factual corrections and minor adjustments.

The completed documentary delivered through a private digital link and two physical drives for the family.
